Revenue Allocation & Official Wallets

Learn how AquaVaults plans to allocate verified platform revenue and review the official Solana wallets used for revenue custody, allocation recipients, operations, payouts, subscriptions, and program participation.

Important

Not every wallet listed on this page receives a percentage of platform revenue. Each wallet is labeled according to its specific role so its purpose can be independently reviewed on-chain. A wallet balance is not automatically allocatable revenue.

How AquaVaults Revenue Is Allocated

Verified allocatable AquaVaults revenue is assigned according to the following plan.

50% User Growth Participation rewards, adoption campaigns, and ecosystem growth.
30% Operations Infrastructure, development, and platform maintenance.
10% Strategic Reserve Long-term flexibility, stability, and future strategic needs.
5% Community Support Approved community initiatives and listed-community participation.
5% Co-Op The AquaVaults Co-Op ecosystem and related participation systems.
Note

Allocation percentages apply only to revenue that has been verified and classified as allocatable. Opening balances, protected reserves, externally controlled funds, purpose-restricted holdings, and unrelated wallet assets are excluded. When an amount cannot be divided perfectly at the asset's smallest raw-unit level, the indivisible remainder is assigned to Operations.

The addresses below are official AquaVaults Solana wallets. Each wallet is classified according to its specific role — reviewed by its stated purpose rather than by its visible balance alone.

This wallet is also a revenue intake wallet — see Revenue Intake Wallets below for its floor-boost payment role.

Revenue Intake Wallets

Revenue intake wallets receive payments for a defined AquaVaults product or service. Receipt into an intake wallet does not automatically classify the wallet's entire balance as allocatable revenue — payments must first be verified and recorded through AquaVaults revenue accounting.

Partner Subscription Wallet

Revenue Intake

Program Participation Wallets

Program participation wallets hold assets or positions used to access an external network, service, testing environment, or strategic program. These holdings are not automatically part of the AquaVaults revenue-allocation pool.

Pond0x Claim Distribution

Claims distributed by Pond0x to the AquaVaults Co-Op Mining Rig are currently split as follows, subject to change:

10% AquaVaults Operations
50% Rewards Pool
40% Rig Support

Participation, points, or contributions in the Co-op Mining Rig do not create ownership of the Co-Op Wallet or an automatic right to its balance.

Note

Participation in the OnlyMemes Network may create future eligibility for incentives, airdrops, or revenue. No future reward, payment, or distribution is guaranteed. The $CHILLDEV position is a program participation asset and is not part of the normal AquaVaults revenue-allocation pool — any future value received through the node will be reviewed and classified separately.

Protected Operational Reserves

Several AquaVaults wallets maintain native SOL for transaction execution, account creation, and uninterrupted platform operation. These balances are operating reserves, not separate allocation categories or distributable revenue.

Intended native-SOL floor by wallet.
Wallet Intended native-SOL floor
Revenue Treasury 0.25 SOL
Vault Creation Wallet 0.25 SOL
DFS Creation Wallet 0.25 SOL

The Revenue Treasury reserve is funded through Operations and protected from normal allocation. Vault Creation and DFS Creation are also maintained using Operations-controlled funds. A shortfall in either operational wallet does not create a new allocation category or reduce another recipient's published percentage.

Understanding On-Chain Wallet Balances

Solana explorers provide an independent view of each wallet's current on-chain holdings. A visible balance should not be interpreted as fully allocatable AquaVaults revenue. A wallet may contain:

  • Opening or historical balances
  • Protected native-SOL reserves
  • Revenue awaiting verification
  • Small balances carried forward into a future period
  • Assets that cannot yet be safely converted
  • Program participation assets
  • Funds reserved for a specific payment or operating purpose
  • Previously allocated funds awaiting their intended use

AquaVaults applies the published allocation percentages only to revenue that has been verified and classified as allocatable.
