Version 1.1 has cleared the source-controlled publication review. Production enrollment and USDC distributions remain separately gated.
Wallet Enrollment Acknowledgment
Enrollment heading: Enroll This Solana Wallet in AquaVaults Rewards
- I control the Solana wallet shown on this enrollment screen and am choosing to enroll it in the AquaVaults Rewards Program.
- I understand that this wallet becomes my permanent rewards wallet. It cannot be replaced, recovered, reset, transferred, or voluntarily changed. If I lose access to it, AquaVaults cannot redirect future rewards or restore the account.
- I understand that the enrollment signature confirms wallet control and acceptance of these rules. The signature does not itself authorize a token transfer, swap, approval, or custody of my assets.
- I authorize AquaVaults to store my wallet address and verified program activity for enrollment, point calculation, fraud prevention, leaderboard operation, cycle finalization, and USDC distribution.
- I understand that a truncated version of my wallet address may appear publicly on the leaderboard. Blockchain transactions remain public and may make wallet activity identifiable.
- I understand that points are non-transferable program units. They are not money, property, tokens, stored value, or a promise of a specific USDC amount.
- I understand that I must earn at least 30% of the adjusted maximum points available in a cycle to qualify for that cycle’s distribution.
- I understand that qualifying does not guarantee a particular reward amount. The reward pool may vary, and my distribution depends on the final pool, my finalized points, other eligible participants’ points, and any placement bonus.
- I understand that points may remain pending, be held, be reversed, or be removed if activity fails verification or violates the rules.
- I understand that AquaVaults distributes qualifying rewards manually in USDC to the enrolled wallet. No separate claim is required.
- I am responsible for determining and satisfying my own tax, reporting, and legal obligations. AquaVaults may retain, collect, withhold, block, or report information or distributions where required by applicable law.
- I understand that operator and super-admin decisions are final and that no guaranteed appeal or reconsideration process is provided. AquaVaults may correct verified technical, accounting, or administrative errors at its discretion.
- I confirm that I am legally permitted to participate, have authority to use this wallet, and accept the current AquaVaults Rewards Program Rules.
AquaVaults Rewards Program Rules
1. Program overview
- The AquaVaults Rewards Program recognizes verified participation across eligible Solana features and listed communities.
- Reward cycles follow UTC calendar months, beginning at 00:00:00 UTC on the first day and ending immediately before 00:00:00 UTC on the first day of the following month.
- Participants earn points under the point schedule published for that cycle. Points determine leaderboard position and proportional reward weight.
- Points do not have a fixed dollar value and cannot be transferred, sold, purchased, withdrawn, or redeemed independently.
- The reward pool is funded under AquaVaults treasury-allocation rules and may change between cycles. No minimum pool or reward amount is guaranteed unless separately published.
2. Eligibility and permanent wallet enrollment
- Participation is available globally where permitted by applicable law and these rules.
- A participant must control and enroll one Solana wallet by signing the published enrollment message.
- The enrolled wallet is permanent for the rewards account. AquaVaults does not provide wallet recovery, replacement, migration, reset, or reward redirection.
- A participant must be legally permitted to participate and must have authority to use the enrolled wallet.
- AquaVaults may refuse, withhold, block, or cancel participation or distribution where required by law, sanctions restrictions, security concerns, or these rules.
3. Published cycle schedule
- Before each cycle begins, AquaVaults publishes the point schedule, maximum available points, 30% eligibility threshold, frozen listed-community roster, and applicable rules version.
- Scoring rules and eligibility requirements do not change retroactively during a cycle, except for a published system-wide waiver or correction needed to address an unavailable task or technical error.
- Mid-cycle community listings begin counting in the next cycle.
4. Point-earning activities
| Activity area | Maximum |
|---|---|
| Qualifying Solana swaps | 7 points per day |
| Daily Community Pair | 3 points per day |
| Daily Loyalty Community | 2 points per day |
| Co-Op participation | 3 points per day |
| Secure Session Close | 1 point per day |
| Total daily maximum | 16 points per day |
| Fixed cycle bonuses and sequential quest | 146 points per cycle |
The full task definitions, milestones, validation requirements, and quest order are governed by the published AquaVaults Rewards — Final Point Matrix for the applicable cycle.
Version 1.1 defers Limit Orders, sets the daily maximum at 16, and replaces Quest Step 6 with the post-unlock AquaVaults $25 Day.
5. Qualifying swaps
- Each qualifying swap must be submitted by the enrolled wallet and finalize successfully.
- Each qualifying swap must sell at least $5 USD-equivalent of canonical SOL, USDC, or USDT and collect a verified platform fee of at least 1%, up to the supported 10% maximum.
- Manual Swap, AutoSwap, Flip-Flop, and approved AquaVaults SDK-widget execution may qualify equally.
- Only unique, verified transactions count. Failed, duplicated, test, internal, manipulated, or unverifiable transactions do not count.
- A community with a 100% community fee share remains fully eligible for community-support points.
6. Deferred from Rewards V1: Limit Orders
- Limit-order activity does not earn points in AquaVaults Rewards V1 and does not count as a Product Explorer surface.
- Limit Orders remain available as a separate AquaVaults product, but product availability does not imply Rewards eligibility.
- Future inclusion requires a separate limit-order modernization and authoritative fill-verification project covering order lifecycle, fee routing, fill evidence, valuation, and wallet/order attribution.
- Any future Limit Order reward rules must be published under a later rules and point-snapshot version before the affected cycle begins.
- No pre-enrollment or pre-publication Limit Order activity is reserved for retroactive credit.
7. Loyalty Community and community roster
- A participant selects one Loyalty Community for the cycle. AquaVaults may be selected.
- The selection is locked for the cycle and cannot be changed voluntarily.
- If the selected community becomes unavailable, the operator may authorize one replacement and preserve previously completed loyalty days.
- The cycle’s listed-community roster is frozen at cycle start. AquaVaults is excluded from the every-community roster because it has separate tasks.
- An unavailable listed community may be waived for every participant under a published operator decision.
8. Co-Op participation
- The daily maximum requires one Mine contribution and two separate Hashboost contributions in different buckets.
- One Droplet is sufficient per contribution.
- Ordinary and Onchain Contribution Mode count equally.
- Only successfully credited records count. If no eligible bucket is open, the participant must return later.
9. LP fee claiming and community routing
- The LP quest requirement is at least $5 USD-equivalent in cumulative verified gross LP fees claimed during the cycle.
- At least 10% of every counted claim must route to a valid, routing-enabled listed community.
- Gross fees before the split are valued at claim confirmation. Multiple qualifying claims may combine.
- AquaVaults does not satisfy the LP community-routing requirement.
10. Sequential monthly quest and task stacking
- Ordinary tasks may stack. One verified action may earn its normal activity points and complete other applicable tasks.
- The monthly quest remains strictly sequential. Later quest points cannot be awarded before earlier quest steps are completed.
- Verified community progress is preserved while later community steps remain locked.
- Quest Step 6 begins only after Step 5 is completed. It requires at least $25 in cumulative qualifying AquaVaults-listing swap value within one UTC day. Only swaps whose finalized transaction slot is strictly greater than the authoritative Step 5 completion slot count; earlier and same-slot swaps do not carry forward.
- Verified LP activity may be recorded before Step 8 unlocks, but its quest points remain withheld until Step 8 is available.
11. Point status and cycle finalization
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Detected but not fully verified |
| Verified | Passed verification and counts on the live leaderboard |
| Held | Temporarily excluded for operator review |
| Reversed | Determined invalid and removed from scoring |
| Finalized | Included in the closed-cycle result |
| Distributed | Associated USDC distribution has been recorded |
- A three-day (72-hour) reconciliation and review period follows cycle close. Finalization cannot occur before that period ends.
- Verified on-chain activity is assigned according to its confirmed block time, not the time it was discovered by a poller.
- Only finalized points are used for distribution.
12. Eligibility and reward calculation
- A participant must earn at least 30% of the adjusted cycle maximum, rounded up to the next whole point.
- An individual participant’s inability or decision not to complete an available task does not reduce that participant’s maximum-point denominator.
- Eighty percent of the finalized reward pool is distributed proportionally among eligible wallets based on finalized points.
- Twenty percent is used for leaderboard placement bonuses: 10% for first, 6% for second, and 4% for third.
- Top-three wallets also receive their proportional share from the 80% pool.
13. Placement ties
- Tied wallets share the placement slots occupied by the tie.
- Two wallets tied for first divide the combined first- and second-place 16%; the next wallet receives the third-place 4%.
- Three or more wallets tied for first divide the full 20% placement pool equally.
- Wallets tied for second divide the combined second- and third-place 10%.
- Wallets tied for third divide the third-place 4%.
- No enrollment-time, wallet-address, or point-achievement-time tiebreaker is used.
- USDC rounding is performed in base units. Any indivisible remainder returns to the proportional pool.
14. USDC distribution
- AquaVaults manually sends finalized rewards in USDC to the enrolled wallet. Participants do not submit a reward claim.
- Distribution timing may depend on reconciliation, review, treasury processing, network conditions, compliance requirements, and operational availability.
- AquaVaults is not responsible for a participant’s loss of wallet access or inability to use the wallet after distribution.
- A completed distribution is recorded with its cycle, wallet, amount, timestamp, and transaction signature.
15. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting false, manipulated, duplicated, self-conflicting, or unverifiable activity.
- Attempting to exploit point calculation, tracking delays, price sources, referral data, wallet sessions, or task state.
- Using automation or coordinated wallets primarily to evade limits, multiply account allowances, or manufacture eligibility.
- Interfering with AquaVaults, third-party protocols, other participants, or community routing.
- Using the program in violation of applicable law or sanctions restrictions.
16. Operator authority and no guaranteed appeal
- Only the operator or an authorized super admin may hold, restore, reverse, correct, disqualify, finalize, or distribute program records.
- Operator and super-admin decisions are final. The program does not provide a guaranteed appeal or reconsideration process.
- AquaVaults may correct verified technical, accounting, or administrative errors at its discretion.
- Administrative changes must be recorded in an immutable audit log; original point events are not deleted or silently rewritten.
17. Data and leaderboard privacy
- AquaVaults stores the enrolled wallet, enrollment evidence, verified activity, point events, risk and administrative actions, and distribution records needed to operate and audit the program.
- The public leaderboard displays a truncated wallet address, but blockchain activity is public and truncation does not guarantee anonymity.
- Rewards-account records are not reset or migrated to another wallet. Records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, audit, and legal compliance, subject to applicable law.
- AquaVaults should collect only information needed for the stated program purposes and protect retained information using controls appropriate to the data.
18. Taxes, legal restrictions, and reporting
- Participants are solely responsible for determining and satisfying their own tax, reporting, licensing, and legal obligations.
- AquaVaults may collect, retain, report, withhold, block, or request information where required by applicable law.
- Participation and distribution are unavailable where prohibited. A wallet may be excluded or a distribution withheld when AquaVaults reasonably determines that proceeding is legally prohibited.
- Nothing in these rules is tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice.
19. Non-custodial activity and third-party risks
- AquaVaults does not take custody of participant swap funds through the rewards enrollment process.
- Participants approve and sign their own blockchain transactions and remain responsible for reviewing transaction details.
- Swaps, limit orders, LP activity, token prices, liquidity, slippage, network fees, protocol availability, and third-party services involve risk and may fail or change.
- Points and rewards do not guarantee token performance, profits, reimbursement, or recovery of trading costs.
20. Program changes, suspension, and termination
- AquaVaults may change point values, tasks, funding allocations, the eligibility percentage, distribution mechanics, or other rules for future cycles by publishing the change before the affected cycle begins.
- AquaVaults may suspend or terminate the program where necessary for security, legal, treasury, protocol, or operational reasons.
- A mid-cycle suspension or system-wide task failure may result in a published waiver, adjusted maximum, delayed finalization, or cancellation when completion is not reasonably possible.
- No rule change creates a guaranteed right to future cycles or future reward pools.
