Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AquaVaults (the "Platform" or the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to AquaVaults pages, swap interfaces, embedded widgets, dashboards, community tools, Co-op Mining Rig interfaces, and any other AquaVaults-operated feature or interface that links to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service (Interface Only)

AquaVaults provides a non-custodial user interface that allows users to interact with third-party blockchain protocols, routing providers, wallets, and supported blockchain networks. AquaVaults may support Solana swaps through Jupiter routing infrastructure and EVM swaps through 0x or other supported routing providers.

AquaVaults does not operate a custodial exchange, broker, broker-dealer, bank, investment adviser, money manager, or trading platform. AquaVaults does not custody user funds, execute transactions on behalf of users, settle trades for users, or control blockchain transactions. Users initiate and approve transactions directly through their own wallets and the applicable blockchain networks.

Service Features

AquaVaults may add, remove, modify, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time. Feature availability may vary by chain, token, wallet, community, listing status, user setting, or third-party service availability.

3. Non-Custodial Use

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You control your wallet and your funds at all times.

AquaVaults never takes possession, custody, or control of user funds, private keys, recovery phrases, or digital assets. Users interact with blockchain protocols solely through their own self-custodied wallets.

You are fully responsible for securing your wallet, reviewing transaction details, understanding transaction effects, and approving or rejecting all transactions before signing.

AquaVaults cannot reverse, cancel, recover, or refund blockchain transactions after they are submitted or confirmed.

4. Third-Party Execution (Jupiter, 0x, Meteora, Wallets, RPC, and Blockchain Networks)

Swap routing, pricing, order creation, liquidity-position discovery, fee claiming, fee sharing, settlement, execution, wallet connection, transaction signing, RPC access, token metadata, liquidity access, and blockchain confirmation may depend on third-party services and networks that AquaVaults does not control.

These may include, without limitation, Jupiter, 0x, Meteora, Dynamic Fee Sharing programs, wallet providers, RPC providers, token metadata providers, liquidity protocols, market makers, supported EVM networks, Solana, and other blockchain networks or infrastructure providers.

AquaVaults does not:

Price data, token metadata, analytics, quotes, and route information displayed within the interface are informational only and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

5. Risk Disclosure

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Digital asset transactions involve substantial risk of loss, including total loss.

By using AquaVaults, you acknowledge and accept the following risks, which are non-exhaustive:

6. Platform Fees, Community Routing, and the Growth Program

AquaVaults may support user-configurable fee settings ("Platform Fee") displayed in the interface. If enabled, the Platform Fee is intended to support platform maintenance, infrastructure, development, ecosystem operations, and eligible community fee routing.

Users may be able to select the Platform Fee level shown in the interface, including setting the Platform Fee to zero where supported. If the Platform Fee is zero, no Platform Fee is charged and no Platform Fee is routed.

How Fees Are Calculated

The Platform Fee may be calculated as a percentage of the swap, quote, or transaction amount displayed in the interface. The Platform Fee is separate from network fees, priority fees, gas fees, liquidity provider fees, third-party protocol fees, token transfer fees, wallet fees, or other costs charged by blockchain networks or third-party services.

How Fees Are Routed and Split

AquaVaults may route eligible Platform Fees between AquaVaults and listed communities through the AquaVaults Community Growth Program. A community's active share may depend on listing type, monthly performance tier, Partner status, and any announced active campaign rules.

Fee routing may occur through one or more mechanisms depending on chain, token, route, community, and feature, including third-party routing mechanisms, designated fee accounts, on-chain transfer instructions, EVM fee-recipient settings, or other supported transaction-level mechanisms.

Where a fee split is applied, AquaVaults seeks to route the relevant fee portions as part of the transaction or route execution. AquaVaults does not custody user funds for later fee distribution.

Eligible Fee Paths

Growth Program fee routing currently applies to eligible AquaVaults swap flows, including supported manual swaps, AutoSwap, Flip-Flop, and supported EVM swaps. Fee routing mechanics may differ by chain and route. EVM routing is handled through the applicable server-side routing flow. Solana swap routing is built into the user-signed transaction flow through the AquaVaults swap interface and routing manifest.

Limit orders are handled separately. Jupiter Trigger limit orders currently use a separate referral fee path and do not currently apply the Growth Program community split. Fees on limit orders, if any, may route to a single AquaVaults referral or fee account rather than being split by community tier or Partner status.

Community Growth Program

The AquaVaults Community Growth Program allows listed communities to share in eligible Platform Fees generated through AquaVaults activity. A community's share is a percentage of Platform Fees that swaps actually generate. It is not swap volume, not guaranteed revenue, not a reward promise, and not a guarantee of token performance.

Standard listed communities may have a baseline fee-share floor. Founding Communities may have a higher permanent floor. Monthly performance tiers may increase a community's share for the following calendar month. Partner status may add a flat share boost when active. Campaign bonuses, if any, apply only during announced campaign windows with published rules.

Qualification for monthly performance tiers is measured using total Platform Fees generated through eligible AquaVaults activity, not swap volume and not only the portion paid to the community. Tiers are measured on a UTC calendar-month basis and become active for the following month through scheduled program processing. Tiers do not update instantly or mid-month.

AquaVaults may change Growth Program rules, thresholds, pricing, listing categories, campaign terms, eligibility requirements, dashboard features, and operational settings over time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, changes are not applied retroactively and do not revoke a tier already earned for an active month.

Community Accounts and Treasuries

If a community is selected and eligible for fee routing, the community portion of the Platform Fee may be routed to a token account, treasury wallet, referral account, or backup wallet associated with that community. AquaVaults does not custody, control, manage, or have withdrawal authority over community-controlled treasury wallets or community-controlled token accounts.

AquaVaults may create and fund its own associated token accounts (ATAs), fee accounts, or treasury accounts to receive its portion of Platform Fees. These accounts are owned and controlled by AquaVaults.

Token Account Creation

To facilitate fee routing for certain tokens, including new or previously unsupported mints, the transaction flow may include automatic creation of associated token accounts or other required accounts. In some cases, a designated AquaVaults-controlled payer wallet may fund token account creation costs. Such actions occur on-chain and may appear as separate instructions in your wallet interface.

Token Program Notes and Token-Level Mechanics

Some tokens, including tokens using Solana's Token-2022 program or tokens on EVM chains with custom mechanics, may include transfer fees, restrictions, taxes, blacklists, rebases, or other token-level behavior. If applicable, the amount deducted, routed, received, or displayed may be affected by token-level mechanics. AquaVaults does not control token-level mechanics.

No Endorsement or Agency

Selection, listing, dashboard display, fee routing, token analytics, or community participation within AquaVaults does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, joint venture, partnership, agency, investment advice, or a recommendation. AquaVaults does not control, manage, or assume responsibility for the operations, representations, token activity, community conduct, treasury decisions, or promises of any listed community.

Any participation programs, incentives, giveaways, subscriptions, campaigns, or community initiatives offered by listed communities are operated independently unless expressly stated otherwise by AquaVaults.

Affiliate Disclosure

AquaVaults may receive fees, affiliate compensation, referral compensation, or other compensation from routing providers, liquidity providers, or third-party integrations. Community fee routing and Platform Fee splitting do not constitute custody, brokerage, execution services, investment advice, or money transmission.

All blockchain transactions are final and non-refundable.

7. Revenue Allocation Plan and Official Wallets

AquaVaults publishes a revenue allocation plan and official wallet registry at /learn/revenue-allocation. The page identifies the current intended allocation of verified allocatable AquaVaults revenue and the purposes assigned to certain official Solana wallets.

The revenue allocation plan is an internal budgeting and treasury-management policy. Except where separate written program terms expressly provide otherwise, the plan does not grant any user, wallet holder, token holder, listed community, connector, subscriber, or other person:

"Verified allocatable revenue" means revenue that AquaVaults has verified and classified as eligible for allocation under its accounting policies. Wallet balances may include funds or assets that are not allocatable revenue, including opening balances, protected operational reserves, revenue awaiting verification, carry-forward amounts, unsupported assets, program-participation assets, and funds restricted to a particular operating or payment purpose.

Publication of a wallet address identifies its official role but does not represent that the wallet's entire balance is revenue, profit, available for distribution, or owned for the benefit of any particular user or community.

AquaVaults may update its allocation plan, wallet classifications, wallet addresses, operating reserves, or supported uses as its services and programs change. Material changes will be published on the revenue-allocation page and will apply prospectively. Completed blockchain transactions remain final and are not reversed solely because the published plan or wallet registry is later updated.

Wallet Address Verification

⚠️ Verify the destination address, network, and token before sending funds. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Official AquaVaults wallet addresses are published for transparency and independent on-chain verification. Users should not send funds to a published address unless the transfer is part of an AquaVaults-supported payment flow or is made pursuant to clear written instructions from AquaVaults.

Users are responsible for verifying the destination address, blockchain network, token mint, token program, and transaction details before approving a transfer. AquaVaults is not responsible for transfers sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network, incorrect token account, impersonator, or address that was not designated for the applicable payment.

OnlyMemes Network Participation

The OnlyMemes Node Wallet holds assets used for participation in the third-party OnlyMemes Network and operation of a testing node. These holdings are program-participation assets and are not part of the normal AquaVaults revenue-allocation pool.

Participation may create potential eligibility for third-party incentives, airdrops, revenue, or other benefits, but no such benefit is promised or guaranteed. Availability, value, eligibility, timing, and continuation depend on third-party systems and decisions outside AquaVaults' control.

Any assets or value later received through the program will be reviewed and classified by AquaVaults before being treated as revenue, a program asset, or another category of funds.

8. Partner Status, Connector Listings, Campaigns, and Dashboards

Partner Status

AquaVaults may offer optional Partner status to listed communities. Partner status may provide a share boost, badge, enhanced dashboard access, deeper analytics, early access to future features, or other benefits determined by AquaVaults.

Partner status is optional and does not guarantee swap volume, revenue, rewards, rankings, campaign access, token performance, or any particular outcome. Partner pricing, benefits, renewal terms, and eligibility may change over time. Any pricing protection applies only where expressly stated by AquaVaults and only to the specific pricing term described.

Partner subscription payments must be sent through an approved AquaVaults purchase process or otherwise verified and accepted by AquaVaults. A transfer to the Partner Subscription Wallet does not by itself guarantee activation, continued eligibility, or application of Partner benefits.

Partner benefits, eligibility requirements, pricing, subscription duration, renewal, cancellation, expiration, and refund treatment are governed by the Partner Program terms presented at purchase. Partner benefits do not create ownership in AquaVaults or a right to AquaVaults revenue beyond the specific listed-community fee-routing benefit expressly provided by the applicable program terms.

Connector Listings

AquaVaults may support a planned Connector listing path when available. A Connector listing, badge, fee, or affiliate relationship does not automatically guarantee listing approval, continued listing, community fee share, traffic, volume, revenue, rewards, or any specific outcome.

Only approved communities may be eligible for Connector activation. Buying, receiving, or displaying a Connector badge or link does not by itself guarantee listing approval or Growth Program eligibility. Connector attribution, affiliate locking, purchase verification, and automated Connector payout mechanics are not active unless expressly announced by AquaVaults.

The Connector Payout Wallet holds funds designated for approved connector payments and related listing-bonus funding. Publication of that wallet or the presence of funds in it does not guarantee that any person is eligible for a connector payment, listing bonus, minimum payment, or continuing compensation.

Connector eligibility, qualification events, payment amounts, verification requirements, funding availability, payment timing, expiration, disqualification, and dispute procedures are governed by the applicable connector or listing-bonus program terms. No connector relationship creates employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or ownership status unless AquaVaults expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Campaign Rewards

Campaign Rewards are separate from the AquaVaults User Rewards Program. Campaign Rewards are temporary community-focused promotions that apply only during campaign windows expressly announced by AquaVaults with published rules, dates, eligibility requirements, and reward terms.

Participation in the AquaVaults User Rewards Program does not automatically create eligibility for a Campaign Reward, and participation in a Campaign Reward does not automatically create User Rewards points unless the applicable published User Rewards rules expressly provide otherwise.

AquaVaults does not guarantee that any campaign will occur, that any community will be eligible, that any placement will be achieved, or that any reward, bonus, payout, or fee-share change will result. Campaign-key attribution or source tracking shown in dashboards is informational only and does not automatically create campaign eligibility or rewards.

Command Center, Dashboards, and Analytics

AquaVaults may provide founder-facing dashboards, community analytics, activity summaries, rankings, earnings views, attribution insights, token analytics, Co-op participation summaries, or other reporting tools through the Command Center or related interfaces.

Dashboard values are informational tracking and reporting tools only. They may be estimated, delayed, incomplete, access-gated, based on available data, or subject to later correction. Dashboard values do not guarantee revenue, payouts, rankings, rewards, campaign access, token performance, or future results.

Attribution and analytics describe observed activity and co-occurrence. They do not prove causation, do not verify community claims, do not guarantee token performance, and do not automatically create rewards.

9. Token Responsibility (No Vetting)

AquaVaults does not review, vet, endorse, verify, or guarantee any tokens. Users are solely responsible for:

AquaVaults is not responsible for losses caused by fraudulent, malicious, manipulated, illiquid, unstable, restricted, or otherwise risky tokens.

10. User Responsibilities

As a user of AquaVaults, you agree to:

11. No Financial, Investment, Legal, Tax, or Accounting Advice

AquaVaults does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. All information on the Platform is provided for informational, interface, routing, analytics, or community-reporting purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, tax reporting, accounting treatment, legal compliance, and risk assessment. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal, tax, or accounting decisions.

12. No Warranties

⚠️ AquaVaults is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaVaults disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, reliability, routing quality, pricing, execution quality, transaction success, analytics accuracy, dashboard availability, community performance, campaign availability, token legitimacy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaVaults and its operators, developers, contributors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for:

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

14. Third-Party Services

AquaVaults may integrate with, route through, display information from, or reference third-party services including:

These services operate independently and may have their own terms, policies, fees, restrictions, risks, and availability. AquaVaults is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, accuracy, pricing, routing, conduct, or performance of third-party services.

15. Regulatory Compliance, Sanctions, and Prohibited Jurisdictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, tax obligations, and reporting requirements in your jurisdiction.

AquaVaults does not permit use by sanctioned persons or in prohibited jurisdictions. If you are subject to sanctions or are located in a jurisdiction where access to digital asset services is restricted, prohibited, or requires authorization you do not have, you must not use the Platform.

This Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where digital asset transactions are restricted or prohibited. Accessing the Platform is done at your own initiative and risk.

16. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

17. Modifications to Service, Programs, and Terms

AquaVaults reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Platform, any feature, any supported chain, any supported token, any listed community, any routing path, any dashboard, any Partner benefit, any Connector process, any campaign, or any Growth Program rule at any time.

AquaVaults may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Program terms, thresholds, pricing, campaign windows, eligibility, dashboards, analytics, and operational settings may evolve over time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, changes are not applied retroactively and do not retroactively revoke a tier already earned for an active month.

18. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration) and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with AquaVaults on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

19. Co-op Mining Rig Participation

The Co-op Mining Rig is a participation-based system provided by AquaVaults. By engaging with the Co-op Mining Rig, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Relationship to Pond0x

AquaVaults and Pond0x are separate and unaffiliated. AquaVaults operates its own mining rig and participation interface while utilizing certain elements of the Pond0x ecosystem. AquaVaults does not control, operate, or guarantee the performance, behavior, or outcomes of the Pond0x ecosystem.

Participation Model

Default participation in the Co-op Mining Rig does not require submitting on-chain transactions through AquaVaults. Users do not provide funds to the mining rig, and the mining rig operates independently using its own internal resources, accounts, and signatures. Participation activity is tracked by AquaVaults as part of the Co-op Mining Rig system.

AquaVaults may offer an optional feature ("Onchain Contribution Mode") that allows users to record participation on-chain. When enabled, this feature creates a small, user-approved Solana transaction from the user's wallet. This transaction is separate from the mining rig itself and does not fund, operate, or control the mining system.

Use of Onchain Contribution Mode is entirely optional and requires explicit user approval in the user's wallet for each transaction. AquaVaults does not initiate or execute transactions on behalf of users.

Droplets (Participation Credits)

Droplets are non-transferable participation credits used within the Co-op Mining Rig. Droplets:

Droplets do not represent ownership, financial interest, or entitlement to any value, asset, or return. Droplets exist solely as an internal tracking mechanism for participation within the system.

Use of optional Onchain Contribution Mode does not change the nature of Droplets. Onchain transactions associated with participation do not convert Droplets into tokens, assets, or transferable value.

Community Attribution

Each action within the Co-op Mining Rig must be assigned to a selected community. Participation is tracked and attributed to both the user and the selected community. Community rankings are based on relative participation levels within a defined cycle. AquaVaults reserves the right to modify how participation is measured, attributed, or displayed.

Co-op participation may be displayed in the Command Center or referenced in future announced campaign windows. Co-op participation does not automatically guarantee Growth Program rewards, fee-share changes, rankings, payouts, or campaign eligibility.

Mining Sessions

Mining sessions are triggered based on participation thresholds within the Co-op Mining Rig. Session timing, frequency, and execution are not guaranteed and may vary based on system behavior and external dependencies, including but not limited to the Pond0x ecosystem. AquaVaults does not guarantee that any specific level of participation will result in a mining session or any specific outcome.

Onchain Contribution Mode

If enabled, Onchain Contribution Mode creates small Solana transactions that are signed and submitted by the user's wallet. These transactions:

AquaVaults does not guarantee that any on-chain transaction will result in successful participation tracking, crediting, or reward eligibility.

Hashboost

Hashboost is a shared participation mechanic that allows users to contribute toward a potential enhancement of a future mining session. Hashboost contributions do not guarantee that a boost will occur, nor do they guarantee any specific outcome or benefit. AquaVaults reserves the right to modify, limit, or disable Hashboost functionality at any time.

Rewards and Claims

The Co-op Mining Rig may receive mining claims through participation within the Pond0x ecosystem. All claims are external to AquaVaults, are not guaranteed, and may vary in timing, frequency, and amount. Claims, if received, may be distributed in $wPOND or other formats as determined by AquaVaults.

AquaVaults makes no guarantees regarding the existence, amount, or timing of rewards.

Reward Allocation

Any distribution of claims or rewards, if implemented, is subject to change at any time. Current allocation models, including allocations to AquaVaults operations, user participants, community rankings, and mining rig support, are informational only and may be modified, replaced, or removed at AquaVaults' discretion.

No Expectation of Profit

⚠️ Participation in the Co-op Mining Rig does not create any expectation of profit, return, or financial benefit.

Users acknowledge that participation is voluntary, outcomes are uncertain, and no guarantees are provided. The Co-op Mining Rig is a participation and coordination system, not an investment product or financial service. Use of optional Onchain Contribution Mode does not create any expectation of profit, return, or financial benefit.

Reward Integrity and Abuse

The Co-op Mining Rig is intended to reward genuine participation. Community members are permitted and encouraged to organize, communicate, and participate together. Community coordination by itself is not prohibited.

Users may not systematically use, operate, cycle, automate, or otherwise employ multiple wallets for the purpose of artificially multiplying participation credit, reward weight, reward eligibility, ranking influence, or any other benefit; circumventing per-wallet or per-participant limits; or otherwise manipulating or exploiting the intended operation of the Co-op reward system.

The use of more than one wallet, the sharing of a network connection, participation at similar times, or membership in the same community does not by itself establish abuse. AquaVaults may evaluate patterns of activity and other available evidence when determining whether participation represents systematic multi-wallet reward farming, circumvention, manipulation, automation abuse, or other exploitation of the reward system.

To protect reward integrity, AquaVaults may monitor or review participation, exclude affected activity from reward calculations, void undistributed reward weight associated with abusive activity, disqualify affected wallets from a current or future reward cycle, restrict future reward eligibility, or suspend access to reward-related participation features where AquaVaults reasonably determines that prohibited reward-system abuse has occurred.

Reward-integrity actions affect AquaVaults participation, rankings, and reward eligibility only. They do not give AquaVaults custody or control over assets held in a user's wallet and do not authorize AquaVaults to seize, transfer, freeze, or otherwise control user-owned digital assets.

AquaVaults may process limited technical, network, participation, and blockchain information for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and reward-integrity review in accordance with applicable privacy disclosures. A network match or other single technical signal does not by itself establish common wallet ownership or automatically result in a penalty.

This Reward Integrity and Abuse provision applies to participation occurring on or after the date these updated Terms are posted. Earlier activity may be considered as contextual evidence when evaluating later activity, without limiting any rights AquaVaults already had under the provisions of these Terms that were in effect when the earlier activity occurred.

Modifications and Availability

AquaVaults reserves the right to modify participation mechanics, adjust or remove features, change reward structures, or pause or discontinue the Co-op Mining Rig at any time without prior notice.

Acknowledgement

By participating in the Co-op Mining Rig, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

20. AquaVaults User Rewards Program

AquaVaults may operate a voluntary User Rewards Program that recognizes verified participation across eligible AquaVaults features and listed communities. The User Rewards Program is governed by these Terms and by the current AquaVaults Rewards Program Rules published through the Platform.

The Rewards Program Rules define program-specific mechanics including enrollment, qualifying activity, point values, cycle schedules, eligibility thresholds, leaderboard calculations, finalization, and distribution procedures. If these Terms and the Rewards Program Rules address different subjects, each applies to the subject it governs. If there is a direct conflict concerning use of the AquaVaults Platform, these Terms control.

Wallet Enrollment

Participation requires control of a supported Solana wallet and completion of the published Rewards enrollment process. Enrollment requires the user to sign a message with the selected wallet to verify wallet control and acceptance of the applicable Rewards Program Rules.

The enrollment signature does not itself authorize a swap, token transfer, token approval, custody of assets, or withdrawal of funds.

⚠️ The wallet enrolled in the User Rewards Program becomes the participant's permanent rewards wallet. AquaVaults does not provide voluntary wallet replacement, migration, reset, account transfer, reward redirection, or wallet recovery.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to the enrolled wallet.

Points and Program Records

Rewards points are non-transferable program records used to measure verified participation. Points are not tokens, money, deposits, stored value, property interests, account balances, or independently redeemable assets. Points do not have a fixed monetary value and do not guarantee any specific reward or distribution amount.

Activity and points may be recorded as pending or provisional until the applicable verification and cycle-finalization requirements are satisfied. AquaVaults may hold, reverse, remove, correct, or decline to credit activity that is duplicated, manipulated, conflicting, unverifiable, technically invalid, ineligible under the published rules, or otherwise associated with prohibited conduct.

Leaderboard standings, point totals, qualification status, estimated distribution information, and other in-cycle values remain provisional until the applicable Rewards cycle has been finalized.

Published Cycles and Eligibility

Rewards operate through separately published cycles. Before an applicable cycle begins, AquaVaults may publish the cycle schedule, point matrix, maximum available points, eligibility threshold, community roster, reward information, and applicable rules version.

Completing an activity does not guarantee qualification for a distribution. Participants must satisfy the eligibility requirements published for the applicable cycle.

Qualification does not guarantee a particular USDC amount. A participant's final distribution may depend on the finalized reward pool, finalized points, the points earned by other eligible participants, leaderboard placement, tie handling, rounding, and other mechanics defined by the applicable Rewards Program Rules.

Reward Pool and Community Fee Shares

The User Rewards Program may be funded from AquaVaults-controlled funds allocated under AquaVaults' published revenue-allocation policies, including funds designated for User Growth.

Participation in User Rewards does not create ownership of AquaVaults revenue, a claim against an AquaVaults treasury or wallet, or a right to any future allocation or reward pool.

The User Rewards Program does not by itself reduce or reclaim a listed community's applicable Platform Fee share. Community fee routing remains governed by the applicable Growth Program and fee-routing rules.

Verification and Administrative Review

AquaVaults may use blockchain records, transaction confirmations, pricing information, Platform records, program records, community-routing information, and supported third-party data to determine whether activity satisfies the applicable Rewards rules.

AquaVaults may review suspected manipulation, duplicate activity, technical errors, abuse, coordinated attempts to evade program limits, or other activity that may affect scoring integrity.

Authorized AquaVaults administrators may hold, restore, reverse, correct, disqualify, finalize, or otherwise administer Rewards records as permitted by the applicable Program Rules. AquaVaults may correct verified technical, accounting, or administrative errors.

Public Leaderboard and Program Data

AquaVaults may display a truncated version of an enrolled wallet address together with provisional or finalized Rewards information on public leaderboards or program pages.

Blockchain activity is public. Truncating a wallet address does not guarantee anonymity or prevent third parties from associating blockchain activity with a wallet.

AquaVaults may retain enrollment evidence, wallet addresses, verified activity, point records, administrative records, and distribution information as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, audit, account for, and comply with legal requirements relating to the program.

USDC Distribution

Where a participant qualifies for a finalized distribution, AquaVaults may manually send the applicable reward in USDC directly to the participant's enrolled wallet. Participants do not submit a separate reward claim unless AquaVaults publishes a different distribution method for a future cycle.

Distribution timing is not guaranteed and may depend on cycle reconciliation, administrative review, treasury processing, blockchain conditions, compliance requirements, or operational availability.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to the enrolled wallet and for determining whether they are able to legally receive and use a distribution. AquaVaults cannot redirect a distribution because a participant loses access to an enrolled wallet.

Completed blockchain distributions are final and generally cannot be reversed or recovered.

Taxes and Legal Eligibility

Participants are responsible for determining and satisfying their own tax, reporting, licensing, and other legal obligations relating to participation or distributions.

Participation and distribution are unavailable where prohibited by applicable law. AquaVaults may refuse participation, withhold or block a distribution, request information, retain records, or take other actions where reasonably required for legal, sanctions, security, or compliance purposes.

No Guaranteed Future Rewards

AquaVaults does not guarantee the continuation of the User Rewards Program, the availability of any future cycle, the size or existence of any future reward pool, any particular point schedule, or any specific distribution amount.

AquaVaults may change point values, tasks, eligibility requirements, funding allocations, distribution mechanics, or other program rules for future cycles by publishing the applicable changes before the affected cycle begins.

AquaVaults may suspend, delay, modify, or terminate the User Rewards Program where reasonably necessary for security, legal, treasury, protocol, technical, or operational reasons. A system-wide failure or unavailable task may result in a published waiver, adjusted maximum, delayed finalization, or other treatment permitted by the applicable Rewards Program Rules.

21. Liquidity Provider System and Dynamic Fee Sharing

AquaVaults may provide a non-custodial interface for discovering supported third-party liquidity positions, viewing estimated claimable trading fees, saving user-selected community support preferences, claiming eligible liquidity-provider fees, routing a user-selected portion of claimed fees into compatible Dynamic Fee Sharing routes, viewing verified claim activity, and allowing authorized community treasury wallets to claim eligible Dynamic Fee Sharing allocations.

Position Ownership and Control

AquaVaults does not own, custody, control, or take possession of a user's liquidity position or position NFT. The wallet recognized by the applicable third-party protocol as controlling the position remains responsible for the position and for authorizing supported actions.

Connecting a wallet, viewing a position, saving a routing preference, or submitting a route request does not by itself transfer tokens, transfer the position, grant AquaVaults control of the position, or authorize future token-moving transactions.

Each transaction that claims or routes liquidity-provider fees must be separately authorized through the applicable wallet unless AquaVaults expressly introduces and discloses a different authorization mechanism in the future.

LP Trading Fees Are Separate from AquaVaults Platform Fees

Trading fees earned by a third-party liquidity position are generated according to the rules, activity, configuration, and smart contracts of the applicable liquidity protocol. They are not AquaVaults Platform Fees and are not generated, guaranteed, or owed by AquaVaults.

AquaVaults does not guarantee that a liquidity position will earn fees, that displayed claimable amounts will remain available, or that any particular amount or value will be realized by a liquidity provider.

Claim-and-Route Transactions

For supported positions, a user may voluntarily select a percentage of an eligible fee claim to route as community support. AquaVaults may construct a user-signed transaction that claims fees to the user's token account and routes the selected support amount into a compatible Dynamic Fee Sharing vault while leaving the remaining claimed amount with the user.

The routed amount may be calculated from a snapshot of the claimable amount when the transaction is built. Claimable fees, pool state, account state, blockhashes, token-account state, or other on-chain conditions may change between preview, transaction construction, wallet approval, submission, and confirmation. A transaction may therefore fail, require rebuilding, or produce updated informational values.

Where AquaVaults performs post-transaction verification, verification records and activity history are informational records based on available blockchain and Platform data. A delay, failure, or disagreement in AquaVaults verification does not reverse, cancel, or invalidate a blockchain transaction that was otherwise submitted or confirmed.

Dynamic Fee Sharing Routes

A Dynamic Fee Sharing route is a third-party on-chain mechanism that may divide funded tokens among configured recipients according to the route's recorded allocation. Available recipients, shares, token mints, vault addresses, and route availability may differ by community and token.

Users are responsible for reviewing the selected community, support percentage, fee token, token program, Dynamic Fee Sharing vault, recipient information, and transaction details before signing. AquaVaults may display copy controls or third-party blockchain-explorer links to assist with independent verification, but users remain responsible for confirming the underlying on-chain information.

Once tokens are successfully routed into a Dynamic Fee Sharing vault, the resulting recipient allocations are governed by the applicable on-chain program and route configuration. AquaVaults cannot reverse a completed funding transaction merely because the user later changes a saved preference or support selection.

Community Treasury Claims

Where supported, an authorized community wallet may use an AquaVaults dashboard to initiate a claim of the community's available Dynamic Fee Sharing allocation. The wallet must review and authorize the transaction. AquaVaults does not take custody of the claimed allocation or make an off-chain payment to the community.

After a community allocation is claimed to the applicable recipient wallet, AquaVaults does not control how that wallet stores, transfers, spends, distributes, or otherwise uses the claimed assets. Routing support to a community does not create a guarantee regarding the community's conduct, continued operation, token performance, or use of funds.

Supported Pools and Token Programs

LP feature availability is conditional and may be restricted by liquidity protocol, pool configuration, fee-collection mode, token mint, token program, token extensions, token decimals, route availability, wallet authority, or other technical and security requirements.

The current AquaVaults LP claim-and-route path may support standard Solana SPL tokens, the canonical wrapped SOL token where the required routing path is available, and certain amount-preserving Token-2022 configurations that pass AquaVaults' live policy checks. Support for one Token-2022 mint does not imply support for every Token-2022 mint or extension configuration.

Token-2022 mints that require transfer-fee-aware accounting, including configurations using TransferFeeConfig, and mints with unknown, unreadable, or unsupported extension configurations may be rejected or unavailable. AquaVaults may fail closed, disable routing, or require additional review when a supported token identity or amount-preserving transfer path cannot be established.

The current AquaVaults claim-and-route implementation supports enabled Meteora DAMM v2 fee-collection configurations commonly presented in the interface as Token B only (Meteora OnlyB), Both tokens (Meteora BothToken), and Compounding, subject in every case to current token-policy, route, wallet-authority, pool-state, and verification requirements.

For Both tokens, claim routing may include independent token-A and token-B fee legs when the required compatible Dynamic Fee Sharing routes are available. A user-selected support percentage may be applied independently to each eligible claimed fee token; AquaVaults does not represent that it will swap one LP fee token into the other as part of that routing.

For Compounding pools, a portion of LP fees may be reinvested into pool liquidity by the third-party protocol while a remaining token-B amount is claimable. AquaVaults claim-and-route functionality applies only to the remaining supported claimable token-B amount. AquaVaults does not calculate, claim, withdraw, or route the portion already auto-compounded into pool liquidity.

Pools using fee-collection modes or token mechanics outside the currently enabled paths may remain view-only or unavailable for claim routing.

Displaying, approving, indexing, or allowing interaction with a pool, token, position, or route does not constitute an audit, endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of that pool, token, project, protocol, creator, liquidity, or future performance.

Liquidity Provider Risks and User Responsibility

Liquidity provision involves risks separate from ordinary token holding or swapping. These may include loss relative to holding the underlying assets, changing asset ratios, token price volatility, insufficient trading activity, reduced or absent fee earnings, smart-contract risk, protocol changes, liquidity changes, pool configuration risk, token-program behavior, and the possibility of partial or total economic loss.

Users are responsible for understanding the third-party pool and position they choose to use, verifying ownership and transaction details, determining whether the applicable token and pool mechanics are appropriate for them, and assessing the tax, legal, accounting, and financial consequences of liquidity-provider activity and community-support routing.

Availability and Changes

AquaVaults may add, remove, pause, restrict, or modify supported pools, token programs, token extensions, fee-collection modes, Dynamic Fee Sharing routes, claim features, verification methods, dashboards, or other LP functionality where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, protocol, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
